Delete your OpenSassy account

Sassy client account

1. Open Sassy and sign in.
2. Open You → Protection → Delete my account.
3. Type DELETE and confirm. The app removes your account, protected conversation ledger, active device sessions and tokenised payment vault.

If you cannot use the app, email from the address on your account. Put “Sassy client account deletion” in the subject and include only your name and account email or phone. We will verify ownership before deletion.

OpenSassy business account

1. Sign in as the business owner or administrator.
2. In the mobile app open More → Account → Delete business account, or open Account → Delete account in the web dashboard.
3. Type DELETE. Your request is recorded with a 30-day deadline and completion is confirmed by email.

If you cannot sign in, email from the owner address. We verify identity, stop OpenSassy platform billing during processing, provide an export on request, and delete the tenant through a guarded process.

What is deleted and retained

We delete the account and associated personal data that we are not legally required to keep. Limited payment, tax, fraud-prevention, consent and deletion-audit records may be retained only for the applicable legal period, with access restricted. They are not used for marketing or tracking.
