Why weekly limits, not daily?
Same idea as Claude or ChatGPT plans: a weekly bucket of AI conversations (and voice minutes for Ara). You can use more on busy days and less on quiet ones. Limits reset every ISO week (Monday UTC). We never cut you off mid-conversation.
What happens if I hit my weekly allowance?
Sassy tells you honestly in-product and keeps helping with non-AI tools. Upgrade, wait for the weekly reset, or (for Ara) talk to us about a larger minute pack. We never silently overcharge.
Do I have to switch from Fresha / Timely?
No for Layer 2. Import a CSV and run Sassy alongside your current system. Layer 1 is the full OpenSassy platform if you want everything in one place.
What does the 14-day free trial include?
